When entering the building, you can see the courtyard is well lit and the lobby of the building is extremely large. Within the building there is a Prado Cafe and a Dominion lounge/restaurant. There is 24/7 staff and security in the main lobby to greet guests when arriving. The hotel offer's spa package with a monthly membership to use their gym and pool amenities, however if this is something that is not needed you are not forced to pay for them with higher maintenance fees since they belong with the hotel. The Skytrain is located directly below so a vehicle isn't needed, however many residents have available parking stalls for rent.
